Operational signal (from the messages, calls, email, and business systems already in use) is read and structured. Commitments, requests, and exceptions stop living only in someone's memory.

Actions get owners
Every commitment becomes an action with a named owner, a due date, and a status: open, done, overdue, or blocked. Each manager sees their own list first: what they own, what is due, what they committed to.

Why nothing sends itself
LineManager sits at the outbound boundary of your business. That is exactly where trust matters most, so the human sign-off is a design decision, not a temporary limitation.
Drafted, never auto-sent
Every outbound action (a customer message, a vendor follow-up, a payment reminder) is drafted by the system and reviewed and signed off by a person before it sends. We do not plan to remove this. If you want fully autonomous outbound, we will honestly recommend a different vendor.
A record you can inspect
Actions, approvals, and who approved them are designed to be logged per business. When something went out, you can see who reviewed it and when: an operational record, not a black box.
A management tool, not covert monitoring
LineManager is built for clear ownership in the open, not surveillance. Where action tracking touches staff activity, use is scoped with you during the pilot so it is consistent with applicable data-protection and employment obligations, and the team understands its purpose.
Private beta, said plainly
LineManager.ai is in private beta. The action layer runs against pilot use cases today; the breadth of integrations widens as pilots prove out specific patterns. Formal compliance certifications are not yet in place; a compliance roadmap publishes when the product moves beyond private beta.
